For several years the NWS had made a national wealth of accurate visual climate data available to the public by way of a modest home-brew website created by storm chasing academic, meteorologist, turned climate scientist, David Parker of North Carolina State University. The web page I'm referring to Isn't fancy at all. It's not a big commercial venture either. It's just the kind of web page a scientist might make for other scientists. It's look is simple and clean with no ads, hearkening back to the design constraints of Early Nineties HTML (heh, a kind of like this one). But the code is functional and quite elegant with a sort of irreducible-complexity vibe. Originally, and for several years the site retrieved and assembled a 24 hour, hi-res, animated, national, "mosaic" of Doppler radar imagery. With links to other pages showing the last 24 hours' satellite image loops of water vapor currents and infrared tiding, the two actual real culprits of the green-house effect which some scie Chemitral Contrasitionscientists believed was caused by bad breath and responsible for cooking the planet, prior to our current, fifteen year average temperature cooling trend. It took us several years of searching for a national, 24 hour weather loop to eventually discover this little known resource . On several occasions, I had used Dr Parker's NWS radar Mosaic Page to observe and demonstrate the existence of what folks are calling "chem- trails" what scientists call persistent contrails -condensation trails seeded with airline fuel additives, and the futures trading | fuel scheduling platform commercial airlines all subscribe to. moreover the mdparker page became a valuable personal resource for it showed an entire day and the Bill Ayersentire US, so we could easily read the normal weather not just use it for studying strange days when it would mysteriously mist only over every airport city in the US every day (for about an hour, at the about same time, for over a month, for the past eleven years, or so). The NWS' original data set showed any sort of precipitation; mist and even certain airline fuel exhaust would appear conforming perfectly, of course to airline traffic patterns. Over the years popularity of the page has seen a modest climb while searches for "mdparker loop" has slowly driven the site beneath others in Goggle results. It's still there, but now when you go to it you can't see light precipitation, really there isn't any visible on the new version, unless it's a tropical storm and the NWS identifiers have been conspicuously replaced by the Weather Underground logo. This spectacular act of vandalism and flamboyant gesture clearly admonishing the 1980s terrorist organization; "the weathermen underground" was first noticed during the big ice storm in Texas last winter. Of course after having studied the HAARP research of Dr Nick Begich and others, and after our recent work uncovering the procurement and distribution of airline propellants, and ya know, amid this freak weather anomaly we instinctively consulted the only weather resource that ever made sense, only to discover to our horror that it has been replaced by The Weather Underground.
